Trimming the Tree
On Monday night we finally decorated the Christmas Tree! The kids have so much fun every year and I enjoy looking at all of our old ornaments and telling the kids about them.

Sleep Over
Last week Hayden was supposed to spend the night and go to the parade with us but when he started running a fever we had to postpone our fun evening!
Saturday night, Hayden got to come over and stay with us but before they left, Kelby just had to hold Parker and get a picture since they both had on their Christmas tutu's.
We finished hanging the lights outside, went to dinner at Jalapeno Tree and then laid down to watch Frosty the Snowman. I had NO idea that Frosty scared Hayden and made him so sad that he wanted to go home. The kids were so upset but understood what it was like to miss their mommy! It was a fun evening even if he didn't stay the whole night!
Getting out the Christmas Decorations
On Friday night we dug out the Chrismas decorations from the garage and got them put up in the house.
The kids found their santa hats and were pretending to have a bag of toys on their shoulders!
On Saturday after Abyela and Naomi's birthday party, we headed home to start putting up the exterior lights. Kelby really wanted to do our whole tree out front this year and lucky for her, I have TONS of white lights left over from our wedding!
Time with Sarah
One of my great friends Sarah lives in Dallas so we don't get to see her as often as we would like. Her family all lives in Lawton and Meers so on Friday we went up to visit her. We had lunch at Chick-fil-a (yummy) and then we to her grandmas to spend some time with her family.
It was so great to catch up with them.
Kelby loving on Pickles!
Thanksgiving with the Deason's
After lunch with my Dad's family, we headed over to John and Laurie's for time with Eric's family. There were lots of people there but I didn't get my camera out until later in the evening - sorry guys!
Kelby and Hunter found this "doodlebops" hair as they called it in the garage and we had lots of fun with it!
Moorman Thanksgiving
This year my Dad and Lisa hosted the Moorman Thanksgiving. Lots of our family that never gets to come in were there this year so I was glad that Dad had just remodeled their house to make the livingroom larger!
Dad had one small "incident" in the kitchen and almost burned down the house with the turkey juice but one he got it extenguished, we were ready to chow down!
Thankful for Mrs. Connie
